INITIAL CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After research, the design references from surfaces, prints, woven or any reference with which we can connect my Stripes. These references are regular, irregular or contemporary stripes with textures, water color effects or traditional motifs placed in a way it makes stripes.Many medium and technique is explored to reach the final minimal and yet sophisticated stripes which can give rich look. brush strokes, paper tearing techniques, watercolor and embossing are among the many exploration.

-Series of parallel lines which are greater in length than breadth
-they exhibit strict regularity though they may show some variation in width and directional orientation.
As in jacquard, there is very less limitation played a lot as our explorations/ artwork can be directly replicated into the fabric.
Requirement was experimental, 3 dimensional but minimalistic.
